Command Investigations Announces Marci Reading’s Promotion to Vice President of Business Development

With nearly two decades of experience in the insurance claims and investigations industry, Marci is a leader and a vital asset to the Command Investigations and Command Family of Brands Team.
Marci’s impressive track record includes recent successes such as the launch of our Litigation Support Services Division and the development of the new Command website. Her strategic vision and dedication have significantly contributed to Command's growth and innovation.
In her new role as Vice President, Marci will work closely with key stakeholders on strategic growth initiatives, including the development of innovative new services, program opportunities, and client expansion. She will oversee the business development, account management, and marketing teams, ensuring a collaborative and motivated environment. Marci’s leadership will continue to drive Command's commitment to providing the best client experience in the industry.

As Marketing Manager, Delaney oversees all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and video initiatives for Command Investigations. She provides sales support, analyzes effectiveness of current marketing strategies, manages social media content, and creatively works to establish new ways to expand and grow the company reach in order to generate leads.
Delaney graduated with an MBA from the University of New Mexico in 2021. During her free time, she enjoys serving the youth at her local church.
