Command Investigations LLC (“Command”) is excited to announce the acquisition of Abacus Research Inc. (“Abacus”). Based in Plainsfield, IL, Abacus is a full-service investigative agency with nationwide coverage, serving both the insurance and corporate sectors.
Command CEO, Seth Markham said, “The Command team is excited to partner with the impressive group of professionals at Abacus. Our companies share a common culture and the combined group will enhance the services and coverage provided to both client bases.” This collaboration will allow Command to access clients in new geographies while adding depth in existing markets through accelerated cross-selling opportunities.

Abacus represents Command’s sixth acquisition and addition to Command’s Family of Brands since its recapitalization by Monument in May 2019.
As Marketing Manager, Delaney oversees all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and video initiatives for Command Investigations. She provides sales support, analyzes effectiveness of current marketing strategies, manages social media content, and creatively works to establish new ways to expand and grow the company reach in order to generate leads.
Delaney graduated with an MBA from the University of New Mexico in 2021. During her free time, she enjoys serving the youth at her local church.
