Meet Chuck Fox

Chuck has over 36 years of investigative and management experience within the insurance and law enforcement industries.  Chuck began his investigative career as a Military Police Officer in the United States Marine Corps where he went on to service as an Accident Reconstructionist and a Special Agent with the Criminal Investigation Division (CID).  In 2001, after serving 11 years in the Marine Corps, Chuck began his carrier as a private investigator.  During this time, he has held various positions within investigations, sales, and management.  In his current positions as Senior Vice President of Operations he oversees all aspects on the company’s Investigative operations, SIU and Compliance functions, Strategic Account Management team and various other administrative departments.  Chuck’s passionate about providing clients with a thorough investigative work product that exceeds expectations and industry performance benchmarks.  Chuck has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland - Global Campus as well as a Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS) designation.

Meet Tom Ceres

Tom Ceres brings more than three decades of investigative industry experience to Command Investigations. He began his career with Equifax Services as a Field Investigator and has since held several operational leadership roles, including Supervisor, Claims Director, and Regional Vice President. Tom later transitioned into sales, serving as a Regional Sales Representative throughout the Midwest.

Throughout his career, Tom has been part of the organization through its evolution from Equifax to ChoicePoint, International Claims Specialist, ICSMerrill, and CoventBridge. He holds a private detective license in the State of Illinois, along with Associate in Life and Health Claims (ALHC) and Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS) designations. Tom is also a certified trainer.

Tom graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1990 with a degree in Agricultural Communication. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fishing, running, and spending time at the beach.
