John Harris founded Shadow Investigations in 1993 and has spent more than three decades building the company into a respected investigative partner for insurance carriers, law firms, corporations, and public entities. With an extensive background in insurance fraud investigations, John has remained committed to the values that have defined Shadow from the beginning: exceptional client service, thorough and results-oriented investigations, and ongoing training and development.
As Executive Vice President of Shadow Investigations, John continues to lead the Shadow team, support long-standing client relationships, and expand the resources available to clients through Command Investigations.
