July 18, 2018. On July 10th, Command put forth its annual statutorily required SIU and anti-fraud training to PGCS Claim Services in Lake Mary, Florida.
Throughout the program, Command focused on anti-fraud and investigative training, highlighting methods used to identify suspect insurance claims and the successful steps required to submit a fraud referral to the respective state fraud bureau. Each attendee received two (2) ‘Adjuster Law and Policy’ continuing education (CE) credits through the state of Florida.
As the dedicated SIU provider for PGCS, Command provides them with a robust suite of SIU services, ensuring they exceed all state statutory requirements.
Additionally, Command generates their fraud plan filings, manages annual reporting and compliance training and oversees fraud referrals to various state fraud bureaus.
