October 15, 2014.  Steve Cassell, President & CEO of Command Investigations, was a featured speaker at the 2014 PRIMA state conference.  The 2014 PRIMA state conference was held at Disney’s Contemporary resort from October 13-16, 2014.

Steve Cassell presented “Savvy Surveillance Secrets: The Real Story.”  This breakout session featured topics on surveillance, ethical & legal issues, privacy issues, investigative danger areas, successful communication models, required & necessary intake information, claimant profiling and surveillance scheduling.  Included in the session were video clips from actual surveillance videos and interactive discussion.
