Account Manager

Locations: Midwest, Northeast and West Coast

Job Description: We are seeking experienced, full-time Regional Account Managers in the Northeast, Midwest and West Coast regions.  Our Regional Account Managers are responsible for selling investigative services to insurance carriers, large employers, third party administrators and risk managers in both the private and municipal sectors.  Knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry is preferred.

Our ideal candidates have a proven sales history and are self-driven with the ability to manage our current portfolio of clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities. These are fast-paced positions with unlimited growth potential.

Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, identifying new avenues for business, attending local and regional sales conferences and servicing existing accounts with recurring office visits.

A successful Regional Account Manager will act as a liaison between clients and our internal team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs, while also improving the entire customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and effectively and credibly influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Accounting Assistant

Location: Lake Mary, Florida

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who can prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to read, interpret and adjust data in an accurate and efficient manner.  Additionally, candidates should be thorough, accurate and honest, with good bookkeeping skills.

Applicants must possess strong data entry, written and verbal communication skills as well as basic to intermediate Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, weekly and monthly reporting as well as other general bookkeeping responsibilities.

Additional Details:

Background Investigator

Job Description: We are seeking Background Investigators, who will conduct detailed and in-depth social media investigations, online research using private and public database services, and other related investigative tasks.
