Position: Surveillance Investigator

Opening Date: October 1, 2018

Locations: Southern & Northern California, South Florida and Orlando

Job Description: We are seeking full-time C and CC licensed private investigators to conduct surveillance as it relates to the investigation of suspect insurance claims for the Panhandle area. We are seeking individuals who possess proven investigative skill sets within the industry.

Position: Field Investigator/Adjuster

Opening Date: October 1, 2018

Location: Orlando, Florida

Job Description: We are seeking a part-time, experienced individual for the position of Field Investigator/Adjuster. Investigations are specific to the defense of insurance claims primarily related to workers’ compensation, general liability and property.

Duties include detailed report writing, recorded statements, scene investigations and subrogation. The ideal candidate is proficient in time management skills and is able to multi-task while handling multiple assignments. This position requires travel based on location of assignments.

Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Florida adjuster’s license
  • Ability to obtain a Florida “C” or “CC” private investigators license
  • Florida notary license is a plus

Position: Administrative Assistant

Opening Date: October 1, 2018

Location: Lake Mary, Florida

Job Description: We have an immediate need for a full-time Administrative Assistant.

This role is responsible for accurately entering information into our Customer Relationship Management system, performing information searches, building reports, editing documents for grammar and assisting with general office duties.

You must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work-ethic. You must also be a team-oriented individual who is open minded, willing to learn and has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail is a must.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internet and social media savvy
  • Investigative mindset – willing to dig for answers
  • High school diploma and some college preferred
