Regional Account Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced, full-time Regional Account Managers in the Pittsburgh, New York and Southern California areas.  Our Regional Account Managers are responsible for selling investigative services to insurance carriers, large employers, third party administrators and risk managers in both the private and municipal sectors.  Knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry is preferred.

Our ideal candidates have a proven sales history and are self-driven with the ability to manage our current portfolio of clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities. These are fast-paced positions with unlimited growth potential.

Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, identifying new avenues for business, attending local and regional sales conferences and servicing existing accounts with recurring office visits.

A successful Regional Account Manager will act as a liaison between clients and our internal team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs, while also improving the entire customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and effectively and credibly influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Surveillance Investigator

Opening Date: October 14, 2019

Locations: Tampa, Southwest Florida, Jacksonville, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware

Job Description: We are seeking full-time C and CC licensed private investigators to conduct surveillance as it relates to the investigation of suspect insurance claims. We are seeking individuals who possess proven investigative skills within the industry.

Honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, discipline and a calm intensity are a few characteristics of our investigators and staff. Training is provided.
