August 15, 2017. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Nigel Terrell to our Operations Department.
As an Operations Manager with Command Investigations, Nigel Terrell is responsible for the day-to-day management of a dedicated investigative team. This includes complex case management, scheduling, quality assurance and all client related communications.
Terrell was promoted to this position after completing Command’s Management-In-Training (MIT) program, successfully graduating from the six-month course.
Prior to his promotion to Operations Manager, Terrell worked as a Senior Field Investigator with Command in the Central Florida area. During this time, he conducted hundreds of investigations, consistently performing at the highest of levels.
Terrell began his academic career at Florida State University, where he received his B.S. in Criminology with a minor in Sociology, and was a member of FSU’s 2013 national championship football team.
He went on to obtain his M.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama, where he was a starting linebacker for the JSU Gamecocks.
Terrell currently resides in Apopka, Florida.
