July 17, 2017. Command Investigations and Frank Winston Crum Insurance announce the arrest of Elifas Estrada for insurance fraud.
Command conducted an investigation into Estrada after he reported an alleged work-related injury.
Command’s Claims Data Verification Program™ (CDVP™) determined that Estrada provided a suspect Social Security number in order to obtain workers’ compensation benefits.
