June 27, 2017. Command Investigations instructed its annual SIU & anti-fraud training program to the Packard Claims Administration staff in Tarpon Springs, Florida on Wednesday, June 21st.
The session focused on surveillance and fraud training, with a specific emphasis on current fraud trends, how to identify fraud and the necessary components to submit a successful fraud referral to the respective state fraud bureau. Each attendee received two (2) ‘Adjuster Law & Policy’ continuing education (CE) credits through the state of Florida.
As the dedicated Special Investigative Unit (SIU) provider for Packard, Command Investigations provides all SIU and anti-fraud services to Packard in accordance with filed state fraud plans.
Additionally, Command reviews, prepares and submits all relevant suspect fraud claims to the respective state fraud bureau, proposes and secures state anti-fraud plans, conducts mandatory compliance reporting and administers continuing education training.
