Command’s continued SIU relationship with SUNZ Insurance Company has provided the foundation and infrastructure to support best-in-class anti-fraud solutions to NLA’s claim operations.
Under the agreement, Command will ensure NLA adheres to all SIU and anti-fraud statutes, investigate suspect claims, refer applicable claims to respective state fraud bureaus, lead anti-fraud training, provide in-house SIU staff, and perform all anti-fraud public awareness programs.
