Cheree Mincey Arrested for Misrepresentation

Cheree Mincey arrested for insurance fraudJune 9, 2017. Command Investigations and Johns Eastern Company announce that Cheree Mincey has been arrested for insurance fraud.

Following Command’s fraud referral to the state, Mincey was offered a Pre-Trial Intervention Program in lieu of being arrested and formally charged with insurance fraud. Under the program, she was obligated to review the conditions, sign and adhere to the terms.

However, Mincey elected not to adhere to the terms set forth in the program. Based on her non-compliance, an arrest warrant was then issued for Mincey.

Mincey was arrested on May 25, 2017, in Duval County, Florida, and formally charged with the following:

  • F.S. 440.105(4)(B)2 – Workers’ Compensation Fraud less than $20,000

Mincey was released after posting $1,503.00 bond.

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
