Command Presents CE Course in Texas

ORLANDO, Fla. – Nov. 22, 2017 – Command Investigations presented its Continuing Education (CE) course, “Savvy Surveillance Secrets. The Real Story” in Texas last week. The course was presented to the Crum & Forster offices located in Dallas and Houston.

The CE covered areas pertaining to surveillance such as ethical, legal and privacy issues. Other topics discussed included investigative danger areas, successful communication models, required and necessary intake information, claimant profiling and the use of social media. Special emphasis was placed on social media monitoring and how it can significantly impact the exposure of a claim and dramatically increase the investigative ROI.

With 80% of claimants actively engaged in social media, establishing a baseline of their social media activity is now a key component of claims handling. As industry leaders, Command has one of the most advanced investigative social media monitoring platforms in the market – Claims Buzz Monitoring™.

The Claims Buzz Monitoring™ platform provides a continuous and ongoing monitoring of an individual’s social media activity and immediate notification of actionable activities.

When Claims Buzz Monitoring™ is used in an investigation, there is:

  • the ability to proactively schedule surveillance
  • a 250% increase of impactful surveillance results
  • an average of 2.2 less days of surveillance ordered

Command offers five state-accredited and approved continuing education training courses, which are available as in-office presentations or through an online hosted environment. In addition to Texas, courses are also approved in Florida, California, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
