Crum Arrested Jose Delvalle

September 26, 2104.  Command Investigations, Frank Winston Crum Insurance Company and Broadspire announce the arrest of Jose Delvalle for Insurance Fraud.  This arrest is a result of Command’s SIU & Anti-Fraud Programming provided to Frank Winston Crum Insurance.

During the evaluation of this claim, Command’s SIU department worked closely with the adjusters at Broadspire and identified possible fraud and material misrepresentation on this claim.  Delvalle exaggerated his injuries for the purpose of financial gain.

Command’s SIU department presented the evidence to Florida’s Division of Insurance Fraud (DIF) concerning the misrepresentation on this claim.  Subsequently, Delvalle was arrested in Volusia County, Florida on September 23, 2014 and charged with insurance fraud violating F.S. 440.105(4)(b), F.S. 817.234(11)(a) and F.S. 812.014(2)(b)(1).
